Event Details for Both Conferences:
- Projected Attendance: approximately 300 ODs at each event. Vendors will receive a list of business contact information for all attendees.
- Booth Dimensions: One (1) 6' table; one (1) 8' high background, 3' high side drapes, one (1) standard headsign with your company's name, two (2) folding chairs, and one (1) waste basket.
- Setup Time: 7:00am (we recommend being setup by 7:30am).
- Fine Print: Space is limited, and booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. All booths must be paid for prior to events. $600 booth price includes lunch. In case of inclement weather, please visit www.massoptom.org for cancellation details.
- Cancellation Policy:
* 2 Weeks Notice: Full Refund * 1 Week Notice: 50% Refund * Less than 1 week notice: No Refund.
